My approach to coaching has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

After experiencing my own struggles with burnout, hormonal changes, anxiety, and completely losing connection with myself, I became passionate about understanding how women can truly support themselves through midlife and beyond, not just physically, but in the way they live, think, feel and move through life.

Since then, I’ve trained extensively across health and wellness, menopause support, transformational coaching and mindset work, developing a more integrated, holistic approach that supports the whole person rather than focusing on one isolated area.

I’ve worked with women privately, delivered wellbeing sessions within organisations, including the Police and have been featured in Women’s Health Magazine as well as co-authoring an international bestselling book.
